The rooms were clean, with a mini fridge bar, climate control, and television. The staff were amicable and the setting was spectacular and absolutely perfect. It took me 5 mins to get to the bus station.

I booked a room with lovely views of the lake. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was amazing right in the heart of the city. 🌅.

Perfect location and FRIENDLY staff. Nice gardens, the place is 0.5 miles away from the Mergozzo downtown.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was amazing-- very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and had wonderful views. And the breakfast was delicious and plentiful!

Absolutely nothing.

Close to a restaurant, so you can easily grab a meal nearby. the parking is right here, so you won't have trouble finding a spot. Plus, the Malpensa airport is not too far either! Perfect spot for a quick city getaway 🚗.

We stumbled upon a hidden gem during our vacation. The hosts were fantastic, and we felt at home. The view of the lake was breathtaking with a mountain view in the background. Exploring the area on bicycles was a treat, and the staff gave us fantastic tips of what to see. The on-site restaurant was fantastic as well, with inventive cuisine that made my taste buds tingle with joy. We were in awe of the effort they put in preparing the food.

The only downside we experienced was the noise level from the restaurant reaching the 1st-floor terrace room. However, the staff informed us that it would be rectified soon with sound-deadening glass installation.

We spent our New Year's Eve at a cozy hotel with picturesque views. We enjoyed two complementary facts offered by the location, including bicycle rentals and a delicious cuisine. The key location facts were fantastic lake views and a beautiful landscape. Moreover, we appreciated the friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff. Exploring the region by bicycle was a great advantage, and we were able to immerse ourselves in the surrounding area while enjoying the fresh air and stunning scenery.

The only downside was that the hotel was located too far away from our home. Unfortunately, this meant that we only had a limited amount of time to spend at the hotel and explore the surrounding area.

The noise from the lounge next door was sometimes disturbing, and we had to change rooms because of that. the hotel is quite far away from our home, which makes it an expensive trip.

I do wish there were more menu options available, as some of the main course options were unavailable during our stay.
